We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@orientalis.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Please note that our product prices include a €15 shipping and handling fee. In the event of a return, this €15 will be deducted from your refund amount, as shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the €15 shipping fee) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your return or exchange.
